The process

On-Site,
Start to Finish.

No hauling parts to a shop, no curing chemicals, no grit to sweep up. We bring the laser and the power to you and hand back a ready-to-coat surface, same day on most jobs.

The drill

Four Steps. One Clean Surface.

01

Assess

We look at the surface, the contaminant, and the material underneath, then dial in settings, and the right beam (pulsed or continuous-wave), that remove one without harming the other. On most jobs we run a free test patch so you see the result before you commit.

02

Set Up

Our mobile unit and generator roll up to your site. Minimal containment: no blasting booth, no wash-down station, no shipping parts out for days.

03

Clean

The laser vaporizes rust, paint, grime, or soot and stops at the solid material beneath, leaving the base surface intact. Fumes are captured at the head, so there's no grit and no chemical runoff.

04

Inspect

We walk the finished surface with you: clean, dry, coat-ready, and a tidy site. Most jobs wrap the same day.

What to expect

Clear, Clean, and Quick.

You'll get a clear scope and a same-week estimate, a free on-site demo on a small patch so you can see it for yourself, and a finished surface that's ready for coating or inspection right away. No solvents to air out, no media to dig out of seams, no asset tied up for days.

See It on Your Own Surface.

The fastest way to believe it is to watch the laser clean a small patch of your own rust, paint, or soot. Free, on-site, no obligation.
